Mission
NQUIRES is devoted to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment within the Department of Surgery at Northwestern University. Inequity, Health Disparities, Systemic Racism, and Bias in Medicine are critically important issues. NQUIRES welcomes both diverse ideas and innovative solutions from all faculty, staff, and trainees within our center. Our strategic efforts seek to empower our diverse and exceptional personnel as they pursue improving quality outcomes for all.
