Annual Nursing Conference on Selected Topics in Vascular Disease

The Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute of Northwestern Medicine provides seamless care for cardiovascular conditions from evaluation through follow-up. Through patient care, education and research initiatives, the world-class heart and vascular program offers comprehensive services providing the latest in medical management and state-of-the-art surgical treatments. The Center for Vascular Disease, one of six specialized centers within the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute, provides a unique multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis, treatment and screening of patients with vascular disease.

Registration Fee:

Northwestern Medicine employees: $25

Professionals outside of Northwestern Medicine: $85

The fee can be paid by credit card when registering with Health Resources or by check to the address below. The fee includes conference materials, continental breakfast, refreshments and lunch. Refunds, less a $25 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received prior to October 2, 2018.
