Research Proposal Building Guidelines and Tips

Proposal Development:  As of April 1, 2012 all proposals MUST be submitted through InfoEd PD (Proposal Development).  For more information:

If you need administrative assistance with your proposal, please let Krissy Dulek, Terri Kier or Melanie Blaszak know during the beginning stages of your planning process. The sooner we know, the better we can assist you.

DOS Administrative Shell

In order to obtain DOS approval, please make sure the following items are uploaded to InfoEd Proposal Development (PD) and routed to the Department of Surgery at least 4 business days prior to OSR deadline:

• Biosketches for all key personnel (required by OSR)
• Internal Routing Form completed and uploaded as internal attachment
• Conflict of Interest forms completed in FASIS
• Detailed Budget - excel format submitted as an internal attachment
• Budget Justification
• Letters of Support (if applicable)
• Agency form pages (completed if S2S, uploaded to internal documents if non-S2S)
• Abstract
