Linda Feldman, RN of the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center received the 2008 Vicki Maurer Nursing Award. Established in 2004, the award honors a nurse for their knowledge, thoughtfulness and patient care. The donor of this award named it in honor of his nurse Vicki Maurer, who to him exemplified hard work and compassion.
